Sullivan, along with 26-year-old Xandria Harris, was wanted in connection with a deadly shooting that took place at a highway hotel in Bradley, Ill on Thursday. Illinois State police said that was where Harris appeared on Friday afternoon.

Harris’ attorney told ABC News that the pregnant mother of three was “maintaining her innocence.” Sullivan is expected to be transferred to Illinois.

The shooting happened around 9:30 p.m. when police Sgt. Marlene R. Rittmanic and Officer Tyler J. Bailey responded to the complaint of dogs barking at a car parked outside the Comfort Inn about 40 miles south of Chicago. Rittmanic and Bailey were evicted after interviewing residents of a motel room that is believed to be related to people responsible for barking dogs.

Both officers are taken to a local hospital. Bailey, 27, sustained serious injuries during the shooting. Rittmanic, 49, did not survive. Police continue to seek public assistance with information about the deadly shooting.
